In 2017, I will be offering food experience packages and cooking courses from here in Norway!
For anyone who’s ever desired to learn to make traditional Norwegian dishes like lefse, gravlax, fenalår and more while experiencing the wild of Norway -and, well basically, just cook and eat great food – this is for you. From foraging and fishing to baking and curing, from smoking and butchering to everything else in between.
There will also be day cooking classes with more modern dishes inspired from local ingredients.
