Hi everyone! As 2017 is underway, so are many exciting projects! This has meant that the cooking courses have been put on hold (for now) while I work toward creating a suitable space, with accommodation and activity options related to Norwegian cooking.
I am also in the middle of writing my first cookbook with traditional and inspired Norwegian recipes, which will be available next autumn 2018!
I want to ensure I can provide each person with a great, holistic food experience. So I hope you will all bear with me as I finish writing this cookbook and continue working on developing these food experiences for next year.
